Lakeland Clinic offers a variety of primary care and same day services including but not limited to: 

• Annual exams and physicals 
• Chronic disease management (diabetes, high blood pressure, high cholesterol, COPD/asthma, seasonal and environmental allergies, etc)
• Pediatric well child visits and sports physicals that meet WIAA requirements
• Weight management through nutrition, diet, exercise, and lifestyle recommendations
• Family planning and pregnancy counseling (we do not provide obstetrics or midwifery services but can provide local recommendations)
• Same day visits including upper and lower respiratory complaints, abdominal pain, minor lacerations, minor fractures, ear infections, sinus infections, sore throat, urinary tract infections, rashes, eye complaints, tick and other insect bites, skin infections, etc. 
• Foot care
• Wound management of non-complex acute and chronic wounds and burns
• Ear wax removal and management
• Pregnancy testing
• Lab services
• Review of lab results 
• DOT physicals

Lab Services

Thanks to a partnership with a full service lab company, Lakeland Clinic is able to offer screening and diagnostic labs to patients at very reasonable cash prices. These are drawn in house and results are typically available within 48 hours. This includes blood testing for a variety of conditions and screenings, urine testing for various conditions, wound cultures, vaginal cultures, etc. 

You will always know the entire cost of your lab services prior to your lab draw. 

There is a $50 fee for review of lab results done at an outside lab or facility if not associated with a clinic visit. 

Radiology Services

Sometimes you may need an imaging study to fully evaluate your condition. Orders can be sent to any imaging location you prefer. Diagnostic Radiology in Rice Lake offers cash pricing for radiology services and they have same day availability for some services. Specialty Referral

There are times when your care may be improved by seeing a specialist for a given condition. Lakeland Clinic can send referrals to any institution or practitioner of your choice. Additionally, referrals can be made for physical therapy, occupational therapy, counseling services, and other ancillary services when appropriate.

Payment

Lakeland Clinic is a cash based practice which means that payment is due the day of service. We do not bill insurance which ultimately helps keep costs lower. Cash, credit/debit cards, and HSA cards are accepted forms of payment. Local checks are accepted. There is a $30 returned check fee.
